Ultralight Meme
A party game for a TV and phones: caption a meme picture, then rate everyone else's.
The TV shows a meme picture each round. Every player writes its captions on their phone, then rates the other players' memes from 0 to 4 points. Rating a meme much lower than the other players did costs you points. After five rounds, the player with the most points wins.
